What are Prescription Discounts?

The Drivers Prescription Discount Card allows drivers and their families to save up to 85% off on thousands of medications.

The Prescription Discount Card works with or without insurance and is accepted at 66,000 pharmacies.

How to Use this Benefit

Step 1

Download your prescription discount card here, and print it or save it on your phone.

Step 2

Show the card or provide the number to your pharmacist when you go to get your prescription medication.

Using either a printed or electronic copy, or provide the pharmacist with the ID, BIN, and Group number below:

  • Member ID: DDN6686
  • BIN #: 015558
  • Group #: DDN6686

The Prescription Discount Card works with or without insurance and is accepted at 66,000 pharmacies.

  • If you have insurance:
    • If you are obtaining generic and your co-pay is more than $10, present the card to your pharmacist and ask “What is my Discount Drug Card price?”
  • If you do not have insurance:
    • Use this card at the pharmacy when you go to fill a brand name or generic prescription.

If the pharmacist has problems processing the card, have them call: 1-877-537-5537 ext 1.

How To Use This Benefit

Car Accident Cases

  • A lawyer can advise you on your rights and responsibilities as a rideshare driver including compensation for your injuries and your duty to report to your company.

How to Use: Fill out this Car Accident form here. Please make sure you are able to fill out all of the applicable questions, including uploading a picture of any pertinent documents. You can expect follow-up within 24 hours.

Deactivation Support
Help if you've been deactivated from Uber or Lyft
How to use this benefit

Sometimes ride share services tell drivers that they cannot drive based on incorrect claims made by passengers. And sometimes drivers are rude to passengers and should get help, not lose their jobs. If you were deactivated from and think you deserve to be put back on tell us. We promise we will fight to get you back to work.

 

We will ask you to tell us when the ride share service cut you off and why they said that they did it. Then we will go to work fighting to get you back on the platform. We cannot promise success, but we can promise we will fight. Often we win. And sometimes we work with you and the company to reach a compromise, you go back with limited access at first, or you make a deal with the company that you have to take a customer service class. Our goal is to get you back working.

 

We can primarily help drivers in New Jersey and New York State but want to hear from everyone.

 

If you have been deactivated or if a ride share service has restricted when and where you can drive as a result of an allegation that you did something wrong, click here (http://www.iamdeactivated.com/). On that website we will ask you to provide information about your situation so that we can begin to get you back to work.

 

And, if you have already submitted a case, click here (http://www.iamdeactivated.com/) to check on the status. We will work with the ride share company and you to get you back to work either by getting them to drop their case, agreeing to a “probation” or agree that you can return to work if you agree to take a class with IDG.

Together, the members of the Independent Drivers Guild fight for the working conditions and treatment that all workers deserve. We’ve already made huge strides and our victories include:

  • Deactivation Appeals
  • Bathroom access at NYC and Newark airports
  • $27.86 minimum wage in NYC
